Problem: Rendr has relied on a third-party electronic health record (EHR) system for years, but its outdated design and frequent crashes have posed significant challenges.

Solution: I propose the development of a health portal designed for both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients. This portal aims to streamline access to patient information and test results, significantly enhancing the overall user experience.

Problem: Rendr's old website design presented many usability issues, particularly affecting older patients who faced difficulties navigating physician search features. Also it was not mobile friendly.

Solution: I led a team of 2 product and 1 UX designers to create a user-friendly corporate website for our over-60 patient base, simplifying the layout, increasing text size, enhancing the "Find a Doctor" feature, and ensuring responsiveness. We hosted it on Webflow for its advanced CMS capabilities.
